the idea that I’ve always been having since the beginning of doing this series of reports is why doesn’t the city facilitate spaces for these guys … to be safe … these hotels have plenty of rooms …
plenty of facilities … and they can be doing this inside the Hotel not out on the street in an alley … where it’s dangerous … where it’s unhealthy … and they could get in trouble …
inside the hotel is a controlled environment … controlled by the city of Chicago that pays the rent … strange they don’t do that … isn’t the mayor always saying he loves these people and wants to take care of them and he’s a humanitarian …
