Demand to Cease and Desist
The city of Chicago and Mayor Brandon Johnson are violating the human rights of migrants in our city and endangering them by allowing Chicago Police stations and Park Buildings to serve as dwellings, neither of which are appropriate, whether temporary, transitional, or permanent, in violation of the City of Chicago Fire Code and City of Chicago Zoning code.
Cease and Desist any and all illegal activity and provide all the migrants appropriate housing immediately and remove them from Police Stations and Park Buildings.
