Teens taking over Chicago beaches is a new norm. Yesterday, a group of “silly” teens brawled on North Avenue Beach. Thankfully, no one produced a gun. It’s only May, and if this unruly behavior continues, residents won’t flock to the beaches to fully enjoy the summer.
