Madison/Wabash: multiple calls of shots fired and ppl shot, EMS is rolling. #SWAT is rolling! the possible offender went into Walgreens at State/Randolph and changed his clothes, he’s a male Black in a black Michael Kors hoodie w/ white lettering on it, possibly headed toward the #CTA Red Line.
EMS is to come in off Washington and back down..
