Mayor Brandon Johnson continues to bring police into traumatized communities this time to a house event in Hyde Park to the Chosen Few Picnic & Festival 2023 @ Jackson Park 63rd Street and Hayes Drive, Saturday night, July 8, 2023.
We are counting at least 11 uniformed and plain clothes police officers. In an earlier post we herd a radio call of the anti-terrorism unit trying to coordinate with the mayors people for what we don’t know.
On Monday http://SubX.News Reported that Johnson visited the flood damaged Austin neighborhood where he lives he had a number of police officers with him even when he was hugging senior citizens and one in front of him as he spoke to a crowd …
Is Brandon Johnson Afraid of Black People? …. We count at least 5 uniformed police officers with the Mayor during his visit the west-side to see flood damage today, July 3, 2023

… and who knows how many plain clothes officers … we herd dude in vest is a sargent was carrying his umbrella at NASCAR the other day … many issues pop up …
1) he is a defunder abolitionist …
2) why do you need security to hug and visit black people on the west-side where you live …
3) should these police be better used doing police work rather than photo ops …
4) last and most important didn’t Johnson say cops cause trauma to certain neighborhoods during the campaign #wowjustwow or did he BS his way to get elected ?

Percolator, Can You Feel It, Brighter Days, Altered States, Devotion, Jack Your Body, the Whistle Song… Chicago is the birthplace of house music, and house is the soundtrack to our soul, so I had to join the 40,000 strong at the Chosen Few Picnic and Festival today. ?

The West Side was among areas hardest hit by yesterday’s flooding and my heart aches for those who have lost photos and keepsakes. As I visited homes today, I was moved by residents’ resilience, and committed to using the full force of government to aid in managing this crisis.

We encourage all residents who have suffered water damage to report it by calling 3-1-1, visiting http://311.chicago.gov or use the CHI311 app to report water in your basement, standing water in the street or viaduct flooding.

Why were the locks kept closed until 4 PM? By the time they were opened it was too, too late. Residents on the west side deserve some answers. pic.twitter.com/VhbDBwDMew
