Progressive rhetoric sounds good on paper, in speeches, on flyers.
But when real violence hits the CTA during commute time—when everyday riders (not politicians with drivers) are endangered and the trains stop—it’s heavy artillery and lockdown, not the gentle reform they sell.
No middle ground, no consistency, just hypocrisy exposed on live video.
CTA aggravated assaults/batteries at record highs.
Federal funding on the line.
