Please share and pass this greeting and attached video on to all fathers wherever you find them in USA and Uganda.
I am thinking that there are many fathers worldwide, who have fathered children, but they never hear from them. Please bless those children and fathers with a Happy Father’s Day greeting to heal their souls.
Unfortunately, in this century there is a push in various cultures to subjugate the patriarchal role of fathers to a “respect level” of less than none, i.e., including celebrating one day only out of the entire year to bless fathers.
That day is much appreciated; however, fathers should be honored more often during their lifetimes. After all, fathers indeed gave their children the gift of life in spite of the station or condition in which a child is born; while some children have the audacity to complain that their fathers were somehow inadequate.
I say to that nonsense “stop full stop.”
Fathers, never allow yourself to be compared to another man by anyone. Every man’s journey is different and due to unknown circumstances, you really don’t want to imagine traveling in another man’s shoes; as the other man’s shoes may prove to be very dangerous, very tight and extremely uncomfortable.
Always just be yourself!
We have all been given the blessing of having been born with an inner spiritual sense of knowing right from wrong and a “free will” designed to aspire to whatever we can dream. However, those dreams and aspirations must be accompanied by reason and “true grit.”
This “grit” allows us to stand strong and steady against life’s many obstacles, trials and tribulations and to remain steadfast while we explore and seek to accomplish our goals, dreams and aspirations.
I encourage all fathers to push back against the idea of diluting the patriarchal role of fathers as leaders and protectors of their families and resist any and all attempts at reducing the role of fathers to that of a metaphorical buffoon and a “grass eating lion”.
Caveat
“We as fathers–each and every one of us–are akin to metaphorical lions–and we all have the choice as men–to either survive in this worldly jungle or exist in a zoo.”
TO ALL MEN EVERYWHERE HAPPY FATHER’S DAY AND WEAR YOUR FATHERLY CROWN ANNOINTED TO YOU BY ALMIGHTY GOD (KATONDA) AND WEAR IT PROUDLY IN SPITE OF CIRCUMSTANCE, FATE AND OR DESTINY!!! 👑
My Brothers, God’s continued blessings and strength.
Katonda yeeyongera okufuna emikisa n’amaanyi.
Sincerely,
