Kugler expresses frustration with the 95% vacancy rate at a mall, citing the emptiness of the parking lot and the impact of property taxes on the mall’s financial stability. He argues that the mall is not sustainable and that the economy is not good, citing the 1933 stock market crash as an example. Kugler believes that the mall’s vacancy rate is a sign of a larger economic issue.
Outline
Parking lot vacancy rates and economic concerns.
Drives around a parking lot, discussing vacancy rates.
###
Just want to make sure that people understand what our editorial drive or philosophy, don’t really know what the hell you want to call it, Saturday, May 25 2024 afternoon.
When somebody tells you the economy’s doing good, and then you’re in a parking lot, and you see all these empty spaces, that kind of foolish.
You see this parking lot, some dude or lady or some company was paid to design it, And they went to school like fancy degrees to design this parking lot for it as mall so if it’s empty, that means the mall is not at capacity or not being used as it should.
And look, where are we at, maybe 10%. So it’s 90% vacant, right? So you can say that that’s that that’s 10% or less. This mall might be 95% vacant, just look good.
You don’t need no fancy degrees, algorithms and all that bullshit that confuses, algorithms are meant to confuse you, man.
All you have to do is look. And see.
That’s how much cars are in the lot. It’s 95% empty.
See over here today as a former here, the JC Penney we know went bankrupt, right?
There’s the time right there on a Saturday.
Look at that parking lot empty. It’s 95% it’s not 50% 30% 20% None of that bullshit is true people are saying. Pricks talk about let me see unemployment numbers and that’s all fake shit.
And it’s old. Remember those statistics are old and they’re fake. And they’re relying on old things.
What you got to do is look, again 95% vacant, that’s what we see here.
These cars might even be employee car so it might be 96 to 97% vacant here, remember that workers got to have cars there’s no buses and shit out here.
By the way we’re on Bourbonnais I think I think we’re here Bourbonnais or Bradley. I don’t know what part we’re in here. Bradley there’s the things [looking at water towers]. We’re in Bradley. Illinois, right? [the mall is located in Bourbonnais]
So you keep looking and see all those cars there? Look at that. Look at that parking lot. This is all empty this is 100% Empty over here.
You got this store it’s empty … Remember that.
Got to also figure employee cars. This one is 100% Empty 100%
Let’s start doing this started doing averages right 95 and 100% What’s the average? That’s like 96 97% is Northfield Mall it’s called here and we don’t know how many these are employee cars.
Build Back Better that’s what we call these series, Build Back Better, Where is that Damn Money at?
Man this is 100% empty here, see this parking lot, one hundered percent empty.
How you going to pay your bills. When you’re averaging a 90% empty rate. Lets start doing averages, then you’re averaging 96-97% Empty rate.
O, man here is another parking lot, oh my gosh, look at this parking lot is empty.
So yeah, we’re above 90% vacancy rates, above that. let’s go into back here. There’s some stuff back here. I don’t know where to hell I’m at. I’m just driving.
I’ve never been here, holy shit look at that.
Yeah, we’re at about 95% vacancy here. Don’t you think so? You got some people in that movie theater. Probably remember you have to have employees. Those are employee cars there that you’re seeing that you’re at 90 to 95% vacancy. That’s what you’re looking at here.
The economy ain’t gonna recover man, it is never gonna recover. Didn’t see the empty parking lot. Oh man, there’s another store over there. What was that? Carson Pirie Scott.
You can hear people saying:
oh kugs man, you don’t know shit man. It’s all online, AI, and Amazon and
Google’s and all that shit, bro.
What about employees salaries man?
What about income taxes?
You get that shit? You scheming motherfuckers.
What about the property taxes here bro. Not including all the fees and revenues and all that little tax they do.
When this is 95% empty, your 95% Minus income tax.
When it’s 95% Empty your 95 Minus in revenue, you got that.
There is no system that can sustain this and if you think it is, you’re a buffoon man.
Not even a communist country can survive this way bro, this ain’t even communism This is below communism. You got that.
Take a look at it real carefully at Northfield Square Mall this is not communism. This is this below communism. This is a non-functioning society got that, 95% Empty, at Northfield Square Mall in Bourbonnais.
Keep looking, keep looking, keep pretending keep listening those weirdos that got their money tied up in real estate and stocks. You know why they say the economy is good? Because they know if they say it’s bad, they’re gonna get wiped out in an instant.
Don’t forget what was that … 1933 … it happens in one day.
It don’t take a month, it don’t take a year. One day.
There you go. SubX.News® on-the-spot report 95% vacancy.
