IN SUMMARY VICTIM CAME INTO THE 008TH DISTRICT LOOKING TO PICK UP ILLINOIS LICENCE PLATES THAT WERE INVENTORIED FROM AN EARLIER TRAFFIC STOP. RD OBSERVED THAT THE PLATES WERE BEING HELD FOR INVESTIGATION AND THAT THE SAID PLATES WERE NOT LOCATED IN THE 005TH DISTRICT VICTIM THEN INFORMED R/O YOU GUYS ARE SUPPORTING PROSTITUTION OUTSIDE RO ASKED VICTIM IF HE CAN ELABORATE VICTIM STATED THAT FEMALE’S CURRENTLY OUTSIDE THE STATION WHO ARE SEEKING ASYLUM ASKED HM FOR USC IN EXCHANGE FOR SEX ACTS RO ASKED WHERE THEY ASKED HIM THAT AND VICTIM REPLIED RIGHT OUTSIDE NEAR THE DOOR VICTIM LEFT STATION WITHOUT LEAVING ANY FURTHER INFORMATION
