Chicago Looting Arrests – 100 block of W. Roosevelt on July 30, 2023 at approx. 8 p.m. (1st District) Reckless Conduct Officers responded to the above location, where a large group had gathered. The group became disorderly and disregarded multiple verbal commands by police to disperse. Forty individuals were placed into custody and charged accordingly. No injuries were reported.

Charged: Thirty (30) juveniles, ages 12-17, were each charged with one (1) misdemeanor count of Reckless Conduct
